Shipping Policy
All our products are made on-demand, so we'll start printing your designs right after an order is placed. Do be patient with us as it takes up to 2 days to create a product and fulfil an order. We take pride in our work and ensure that our customers are happy with their orders.

When shipping outside of the Uk, including the EU this will depend on the value of the items and the regulations for the particular country.

All photo frame orders outside of the UK will be individually packaged and shipped separately to ensure their shape and provide extra cushion and durability. Shipping will be charged by the weight of each frame order.

1. Get answers to commonly asked questions

Will I get my order in one shipment?
​
Product packaging. Some of our products are individually packaged to ensure their shape and provide extra cushion and durability. The products we'll always ship separately wall arts and stickers.

2. What is the estimated delivery time
Our estimated delivery time is between 3-7 business days. The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:

Issues with print/embroidery files

Products being out of stock

Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions

We’ll work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with us (Brandebib'gmail.com), and we’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed.

3. What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my order?

Please wait an extra day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.

To return your product, you should mail your product to brandebibcustomercare@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £40-50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Do shipping prices change based on product fulfilment locations?
​
No, the shipping rates are not impacted by the location where the products are fulfilled. For example, it'll cost the same to ship a t-shirt from the US to Germany as it would be to ship the same t-shirt from the EU.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if not then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

1. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

2. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We offer full refund only to items such as t'shirts, jumpers and Hoodies if it's the wrong size and they most retuned no more than 30 days after delivery.

Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if not then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)
